Fi Fuel pump '02 classic 1500

Well my pump started humming a while back and after some searching decided it was on its way out so I looked into getting a new one at the dealer....... $540 + tx ,are they nuts? I found a store on ebay that sells brand new with lifetime warranty.....$68.00 =shipping but I had to get an after market filter roughly the same size since Kawi doesn't sell them sepparate, and with the help of the Gadget site I swapped everything out with some tweeking of the lines and bracket all went in good. It now runs and idles better, I've even noticed that I don't get anymore backfiring or popping from the pipes now
