Fi Fuel pump '02 classic 1500 Empty
PostSubject: Fi Fuel pump '02 classic 1500   Fi Fuel pump '02 classic 1500 EmptySun Aug 12, 2012 11:33 am

Well my pump started humming a while back and after some searching decided it was on its way out so I looked into getting a new one at the dealer....... Shocked $540 + tx ,are they nuts? I found a store on ebay that sells brand new with lifetime warranty.....$68.00 =shipping but I had to get an after market filter roughly the same size since Kawi doesn't sell them sepparate, and with the help of the Gadget site I swapped everything out with some tweeking of the lines and bracket all went in good. It now runs and idles better, I've even noticed that I don't get anymore backfiring or popping from the pipes now Very Happy
In case anybody else is going thru the same here's the link for that pump, these guys sell pumps for all types of bikes and vehicles...............
