Nice Rides/Roads in Southern Manitoba

Hi All!

Good weather is finally here and it's time for evening and weekend rides. Any of you know of good roads/routes for 1-2 hour rides around Winnipeg?

My favorite rides are:
- St. Mary's road from the perimeter to St. Agathe.
- Hwy 210 from Ste. Anne to La Broquerie to Rennie and then back on Hwy #1
- River Road to Lock Port then back on Henderson Hwy

Any other suggestions?

W winnipeg to portage la prarie via #26
S hwy 240 to St Claude on #2
W #2 to Rathwell
S to just past Notre Dame to
E on hwy240 to Carman
N on #13 to Elm Creek
E on #2 to Fannystelle
N on hwy 248 to Elie
E on #1 to Winnipeg

roads are in generally good condition (manitoba is always either repaireing or ignoreing roads)
some nce sweepers and nice country-side
a couple of places to grab a beverage of your likeing along the way

Looks good- why don't you set it up? Pick a meeting place and a time, post it in the calendar and see who shows. Jane and I are off the road at the moment (trying to get our landscaping and house painting done) but anyone who has a route can set up a ride!
