Cancer rallies coming up

I know it has been a long, long, loooooooong wait for summer but it's coming. In the mantime, it's a great time to start pestering your family, friends and coworkers for pledges for the Ride for Dad and the Breast Cancer Pledge Ride. Both are a ton of fun to go on, and even better if you have a fist full ofcash to hand in. R4D is May 26th and BCPR is June 3rd. I've added them to the calendar already.

I am sorry to say that Jane and I will not be running the Ride for Dad rally. I will be there for the registration - I received $150 in pledges, so I want to get that in for them but due to a hard week of paintiing and the cold weather for tomorrow that neither Jane nor I feel up to riding this event. Arthritis is a bit**, ain't it?

We are still planning on being at the Breast Cancer rally next Saturday and hope for some decent weather for riding.
